QUALIFICATIONS:
?A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated success in sales with a track record of increasing responsibilities. IT cabling industry experience a plus.
?Working experience with key SIs (DC and IB) and large accounts (finance, colo and G500) is a must.
?Working knowledge of low voltage Commercial and Industrial Building cabling infrastructure including data centers and related TIA and ISO industry standards
?B.S. IT/Telecommunication or related field or equivalent
?Strong leadership and coordination skills. Ability to establish and communicate plans and priorities and to organize and manage resources to achieve goals.
?Strong presentation skills
?Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
?Ability to conduct business fluently in English language
?Ability to travel up to 50%; ability to work outside of normal business hours
?Ability to manage multiple separate sales-related administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop and maintain good relationship with:
- Key SIs on DC and IB
- Key Colo companies
- Large national banks and other national finance accounts
- China G500 companies
2. Assist China GM and the sales manager for West China on high level relationship with distributors and Direct VARs
3. Work with the China RSMs together to follow up large and important projects and develop more business chances from the responsible accounts.
4. Sales development on the top 10 large accounts specified in Business Plan.
5. Offer assistance and explanation when difficulties arise and ensure complaints are followed up and the satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the company in a timely manner.
6. Ensure the company’s products and services are meeting customers’ requirements where possible. Constantly review customer long-term and short-term needs and advise company on the application of products and services to meet customer requirements.
7. Support Marketing promotion and Technical support when needed.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
8. Responsible for sales administration like sales calls and project forecast; Keep sales activity records updated and fulfill assigned reporting requirements
9. Coordinate on sales and marketing programs including but not limited to product training, tradeshows, seminars.
10. Liasion with customer service/sales support to achieve organizational goals. Monitor the stock situation in the territory, and guarantee the on-time delivery
11. Performs all other duties as requested.
