职位描述：
Develop supplier and implement plan to assure parts meet specified quality and delivery dates to minimize total cost of purchases

Duties:
？ Project BOM managemnt, send the SOR and discuss the technical issue with engineering dept
？ Supplier risk arrangment for the whole process of project development
？ Negotiate with supplier to meet quality, delivery, payment terms and cost objectives as directed by Purchasing Manager
？ Ensure the development of projects on time schedule and suppliers action plan to meet the project deadline
？ Complete ECR and action plan from suppliers
？ Work closely with SQE and develop sourcing plan to improve current suppliers to insure proper completion of PPAP or resource and establish quality automotive suppliers capable of providing PPAP level 3 production parts
？ Establish and communicate supplier goals and performance
？ Follow up Engineering changes and supplier change requests
？ Other activities as assigned by department Manager

Qualifications:
？ Fluent in English (reading, listening, speaking, writing) Desired, CET-4
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimun 3 years experience in similar position in an automotive manufacturing environment (Tier 1 supplier or OEM)
？ 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
？ Good understanding and knowledge of PPAP, APQP
？ Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
？ Working knowledge of GD&T and related inspection practices
？ Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas and organization levels both internal and external
？ Effective problem solving, organizational skills and time management
？ Good experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
