职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To define and implement all necessary organization, procedures and processes within the production department, with targeting highest efficiency, highest quality requirement and highest customer satisfaction;
2. To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and productive resources of the area under his/her responsibility in order to fulfill the manufacturing, quality, cost and safety objectives established.
3. To encourage and motivate the team under his supervision to achieve the production objectives.
4. Plan, organize and ensure with the team according to quantity, time required by quality department and/or the customer.
5. Prepare, manage and control budget and personal planning for the department.
6. Ensure the production capacity in regards to company and customer demands.
7. Monitor and continuously improve production performance indicators.
8. Establish and manage any necessary action plan to improve the cycle time, material flow, production quality, change over time, break downs, efficiency of the production unit.
9. Propose capital investment for the production facility and implement it with management approval;
10. Lean production, safety production and related ISO indicator management
11. Define and provide the training/coach to the team members
12. Establish production procedures including Environment, Safety and Healthy.
13. Receive customer visits, if required, with customer satisfaction oriented attitude;
14. Solve problems, including but not limited to technical, procedures, quality, equipment and staff.
15. Other missions and functions assigned by the GM

Requirements:
1.Technical or engineering bachelor degree
2.10+ years production management experiences in MNCs especially with machinery industry.Experience in machining or assembly process
3.Strong Leadership skills
4.Strong sense of confidentiality; quick action; Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
5.Customer satisfaction oriented attitude
6.Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take necessary actions to facilitate solutions.
7.High knowledge of English language in spoken as well as writing. 举报 分享
