- Oversee day to day retail operations and monitor performance of the retail shops to achieve monthly sales target.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales excellence and achieve the highest standard of customer relations, service and satisfaction
- Take ownership for maintaining the Christian Louboutin aesthetic across all touch points
- Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
- Retain and build on CRM database
- Brand presentation to local customers, trends leader
Qualifications:
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in luxury retail or high-end service industry with at least 3+ years as management position, better BA & above
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Sales driven and goal oriented
- Strong business acumen, result - and detail - oriented
- Good fashion sense & taste, could present brand well and lead the trends for team & customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize; excellent follow-up skills
