Position Description:
？ Guide and manage the overall provision of EE services.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
？ Manage and provide good condition equipment for production.
？ Build up EE department’s capability
？ Coordinate with other departments
Primary Objectives
？ Provide competent &safe equipment to meet production.
？ Make equipment stable to maintain high level productivity
？ Reduce scrap and obtain good quality to meet company target.
？ develop skilled staff for troubleshooting
？ provide quick and good support to production
Specific Responsibilities of the Job.
1. Manage and provide good condition equipment for production.
？ Oversee and manage EE staff well and check their routine duty
？ Evaluate spare parts consumption monthly and optimize spare parts storage
？ Coordinate teams and develop schedule for PM and lead them providing good service to production.
？ Review TPM Implementation, downtime, spare parts consumption and production feedback weekly and monthly, and make action &plan for improvement.
？ Purchase equipment accordingly for replacement & production expansion.
？ Oversees and manages all the machine drawings and manuals
2. Build up EE department’s capability
？ Oversees and manages the work of EE staff, encourages the ongoing development of EE staff.
？ Develops and monitors the annual budget that includes spare parts, plant expansion.
？ Develop cross-function training internally and share troubleshooting experience to develop EE Group to be competent for the job.
？ Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
？ Establishes EE measurements that support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals.
3. Coordinate with other departments
? Participates in executive, quality & EHS, company meetings
? Share EE improvement to other department.
? Optimize the use of facility and equipment to achieve high efficiency.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Job Requirements
? Broad knowledge and experience in:
？ Mechanical, Electronics or automation background
？ Good working experience in leading team for machine troubleshooting.
？ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-function team to support production through effective planning and action.
? Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent education:
College required (Major in mechanical or electronics automation)
Years of experience:
Minimum of 10 years working experience in equipment management and maintenance and 5 years in management position
Above average skills in
 skilled in using MS office, AutoCAD etc. software
Specialized training in:
 TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

Other requirements (certifications and so forth):
Good command of speaking and writing in English, good sense of ownership, responsibility and proactivity etc.
