Job Responsibility
？ Provide leadership over China Sales organization
？ To meet and exceed agreed targets for sales performance and key metrics in areas such as weekly bookings requirements, quote to book performance, weekly quotation volume, quotation response time, lead follow-up performance & new customer generation
？ Plan, organize and accurately forecast territory results on a monthly basis
？ To meet and exceed agreed targets for customer satisfaction and loyalty levels (CAS)
？ Develops people and competencies and builds top performing global teams
？ Contribute and work with senior management to develop strategic or tactical plans to grow the sales activity and reach business units long-term goals
？ Work closely with other departments to meet goals – Global Sales & Service, Product Management, Marketing Communications; Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials; R&D to develop future products and upgrades; Operations to drive quality, delivery, and efficiency; etc
？ Manage all aspects of the sales channel, including but not limited to channel and partner selection, training, management, motivation and development
？ Maintain and continue to develop a superior knowledge of our products and their applications
？ Ensure all channel partners are fully trained and certified to sell our products and represent our Company
？ Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions through Salesforce.com CRM system
？ Interface directly with important customers to lead or assist in the selling process
？ Lead Key Account activities for high value accounts
？ Work closely with the Marketing department to provide VOC feedback, identify and assess new opportunities for existing products as well as opportunities for new product development
？ Manage time, activity and expenses to optimize productivity and minimize cost of doing business
？ Other tasks as assigned

Requirement
？ Bachelor’s degree, technical discipline preferred
？ Excellent track record in managing growth businesses in a competitive environment
？ 5-10 years experience leading a commercial team
？ 10 years experience in sales channel management/development
？ 5 to 10 years packaging industry experience
？ Ability to use sales tools and systems effectively to set forecasts and meet sales objectives
？ Demonstrated work ethic that is goal driven and results oriented
？ Excellent relationship-building skills and proven ability to close sales
？ Persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
？ Highly motivated self starter dedicated to achieving goals and performance metrics
？ Ability to learn and understand products and services
？ PC literacy including MS Office, Outlook, and SalesForce or other sales contact management systems
？ Fluent in English
