JOB PURPOSE工作目的:
Reporting on KPIs, business objectives and strategic goals. Generate omni customer insights from reports and analysis to support business decisions. Drive usage of customer insights across all customer touchpoints to maximize customer experience, optimize campaign results and build customer loyalty

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责:
Campaign Management 活动管理:
Assist manager or if assigned, take ownership of assigned projects in the end-to-end campaign management process for every campaign assigned including customer targeting, generating daily or weekly topline results and performing post mortems.
协助或听从经理分配,完成所负责项目的流程管理,包括客户的目标设定以及每日或每周的完成度剖析。
To proactively provide recommendations on targeting approach in the conversation with internal department and stakeholders
主动向公司内部部门以及相关方提供建议。
To ensure that target segments identified addressed the needs of every campaign to ultimately drive the desired business results

Work with CRM Program teams to ensure that necessary personalization is accurately implemented

Take an ownership in performing post mortem to evaluate campaign effectiveness and present the result and recommendations to stakeholders

Reporting and Analytics 报告和分析:
Assist manager or if assigned, take ownership in conducting brand or BU specific reporting and analysis to support reporting needs of BU and/or to address specific business issues or needs

Assist manager or if assigned, take ownership in generating regular and adhoc reports as required. Take ownership on assigned projects. This includes understanding the objective of the report and needs of the stakeholder and delivering reports that addresses the required results

To participate in the development and implementation of customer analytics project as assigned

To design and develop reporting toolkit to monitor performance for campaigns including privilege programs and marketing programs on regular basis

To present findings from omni customer insights and make recommendation to improve customer experience

Keep abreast of new analytics, technology and identify and evaluate potential opportunities for greater insights

Customer Database客户数据库:
To ensure data accuracy and improve visibility of key performance measures.

To test and validate data availability

To understand and keep abreast of developments in customers data and related processes and systems
理解和跟进客户数据的进展以及相关的流程和系统
Work with Tech team to ensure where possible to have data elements across all channels

REQUIREMENTS职位要求:
Degree holder in Computing/Big data/Statistics/Information System discipline
持有计算机/大数据/统计/信息系统学科学位
1-3 years’ experience in related field, preferably with luxury retail or retail experience or e-commerce experience
1-3年相关工作经验,有奢侈品零售或零售经验或电子商务经验者优先。
Experience in database marketing/campaign management, reporting and management information
有数据库营销/活动管理、报告和管理信息的经验
Be sensitive to data, able to analyses and translate data into meaningful reports with recommendations for business
对数据敏感,能够分析并将数据转换成有意义的报告,并提供商业建议。
Good understanding of campaign management and customer segmentation
熟悉活动管理和客户细分
Proficiency in SQL, and Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (with experience in Google Analytics, Tableau is an advantage)

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
