职位描述:
The Manager or Senior Manager, Marketing for MCE activities in China shall contribute actively to the definition of New AREVA Holding MCE marketing and business strategy in China. He/she will develop and maintain an acute knowledge and understanding of all aspects of nuclear fuel cycle industry in China to fully support our business objectives.
Main responsibilities include:
1.Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market environment and trends, competitors’ activity and customer’s strategy and needs to identify market opportunities.
2.Prepare and deploy MCE China marketing plan.
3.Adjust marketing strategy in accordance with the organization needs, objectives and priorities, and market environment evolutions.
4.Participate in the business and strategic cooperation opportunity management process and contribute actively to define accessible market and sales targets with a strategic and prospective view.
5.Lead and coordinate yearly sales budget exercise and related updates for MCE Asia.
6.Participate in the elaboration and update of customers’ profiles, stakeholders mapping and commercial action plan per key account.
7.Manage MCE China market presentations and other marketing analyses and studies and financial tools required by the Line Manager to support MCE strategy and business objectives in China.
8.Liaise with operational managers (particularly MCE China business development and sales managers and central marketing/ strategy Managers) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
9.Support and coordinate identified strategic cooperation opportunities in China through a Project Management Office role.
10.Support cooperation project structuring (objectives, deliverables, schedule, milestones).
11.Review or Build support documents (presentations, meeting minutes…) to support Management meetings and decision or arbitration.
12.Support operationally partnership projects as a key contributor or local negotiation leader according to the project maturity and organizational needs and responsibilities defined by the line Manager.
任职要求:
Education Background and Qualification:
High level education in business or engineering (bachelor’s degree and above)
MBA holder preferred
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 8-year experience in energy industry
Advanced knowledge on mining, energy, or electricity generation market
Experience in strategic marketing in industrial companies with international exposure
Good experience on international sales and sales management, business development management, customer relations
Able to evolve within a multicultural team in a matrix organization
Good understanding on local political, social and economic environment
Skills and Competencies:
Leadership, analyzing capability, and ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels and cross functions
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Rigorous in organization and able to synthetize and formalize
Drive for result

Political savvy

Interpersonal skills (charisma, listening)
Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
Mastering basics of Finance
Language : Fluent in English and Chinese, a second foreign language (French) is a plus
Employment Conditions and Work Location/ Mobility:
Under local (ABC) employment conditions
Location: ABC premises in Beijing
International and domestic Business trips: ~10% of the working time.
