职位描述：
This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual leads the legal aspects of our China business, safeguard our company’s reputation and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

The successful individual will effectively ensure legal conformity, structure deal and communicate well legally to maximum the benefits of IQAir.

Responsibilities:

? Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics, such as labor law and corporate law.
  在劳动法和企业法方面，就各种法务事宜给公司管理层提供准确和及时的建议。
? Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
  明确内控政策和日常合规检查。
? Apply effective risk management techniques and offer advice on possible legal issues.
  实施有效的风险管理，并提供法务方面的建议。
? Communicate and negotiate with external parties. Such as regulators, external counsel, public authority, creating relations of trust.
  与管理部门、外部律师、政府部门等外部机构沟通，建立互信关系。
? Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s legal rights.
  起草和落实协议、合同和其他法律文件确保公司法律权益。
? Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
  处理涉及多个利益相关方的复杂事宜。
? Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
  协助给公司各部门澄清法律和标准。
? Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility.
  以高道德标准和责任心工作。
? Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.

Qualifications:
任职资格：
? Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment.
  具有商业领域内的法务工作经验。
? Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
  对企业法规和流程的出色的知识和理解。
? Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
  充分理解外部环境对公司的影响。
? Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
  具有提供防守型和主动性的法务策略的能力。
? High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  具有高标准的职业道德和诚信。
? Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
  可以分析情境和信息，并做出正确判断。
? Outstanding communication skills.

? BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
  具有法学士以上学位。
? MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
