Position Description

Key Responsibilities
Project management, internal coordination and client communication for implementing treasury solutions. This includes but not limited:
? Proactively participate in sales support activities, e.g. client presentations and proposals.
? Takeover of mandated deals in order to ensure smooth and timely delivery of new services to clients.
? Responsible for implementation of mandated cash management deals.
? Manage any client issues arising during the project to very swift resolution.
? Provide technical support and training to clients and associates where necessary for problem solving.
? Effect implementation closure and handover to Client Services.
? Work closely with Local Manager, Asia Team and Global Business Partners to promote quality solutions for client.
? Maintain up to date working knowledge of the bank’s client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local practices
? Provide technical implementation expertise and support on complex project implementations.
? Coordinate with internal & external business partners to ensure successful delivery of all the required products, services and system solutions
? Participate/handle FSO team related projects and job or tasks as required
? Provide back up support to other and be a good team player
Key Requirements
? >7 years banking experience;
? Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills;
? Project Management skills
? Effective problem solving skills;
? Multiply task management skills and time management skills;
? Stress management skill and able to work under pressure;
