Project Internship: Packaging and Gift Box development for CHEERS Wines

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
The Project will last for 6 to 9 month and aims to redefine the entire packaging displayed and sold in all CHEERS Stores. This includes
-Reseach for options
-Designs
-Material choices
-Supplier Research and price negotiations
-Sample procurement
-Final orders
The project will include every kind of package from the single bottle plastic bag to multiple bottles gift packages for various occasions.

1)Market reseach and proposal of options.
a.Research the packaging industry for out of the box solutions of different styles for packaging options
b.Create a supplier list and define the most suitable options
c.Collect general quotations for all options and styles from different suppliers and create a benchmark
d.Propose ideas to the design team and create first mock-up’s
2)Develop together with the Sales and Marketing teams the short list and order samples of all options from various supplier
a.Develop together with the design team final versions for each package option
b.Adjust all needed designs and other requirements
c.Evaluate quality, design and cost points and propose to the team
d.Evaluate the supplier to ensure a sustainable supply chain
3)Purchase planning
a.Support the Sales team for budget and quantity planning
b.Negotiate with Supplier all purchase relevant conditions
c.Help to finalize purchase contracts
d.Place the orders
4)Control received goods and check quality
a.Coordinate with logistic the arrival of the goods
b.Make random checks of goods quality
c.Inniate the complaints with suppliers if needed
d.Support the final implementation and overhanding to the purchase team

b) 调整所有所需的设计和其他的要求
c) 分析质量，设计，和成本并且向团队提议
d) 评估供应商以确保一条可持续的供应链
3.采购计划
a)支持销售团队的预算和数量计划
b)与供应商协调全部的购买相关条件
c)帮助最终确定交易合同
d)下单
4.控制收货验货
a)与物流部协调货物抵达
b)抽查货物质量
c)有需要的时候平和与供应商的纠纷
d)支持最终的实行以及与采购部的对接
