岗位职责：

1. 管理签约客户，保持及时沟通和反馈，积极维护良好的客户关系；

2. 负责服务项目在客户端口的年度规划设计和实施；

3. 组织及策划项目服务在客户端宣传工作（平面宣传、线上宣传、服务推荐会、家庭日活动等）

4. 协调及整合公司产品资源，为客户定制解决方案，并组织服务有效实施；

5. 定期向客户反馈有效数据，制作月、季、年度服务数据统计报告；

6. 快捷响应客户需求，高效组织处理危机事件；

CRM能力要求：

1.熟练应用PPT、EXCEL

2.善于人际沟通

3.积极主动解决问题的能力

4.团队合作能力

5.有HR或心理学背景优先

6.抗压能力强，善于处理细节

7.英语四级
