职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 深入了解业务，同时了解业务的人力需求，做好岗位分析，协助做好岗位编制的制定；
2. 根据编制实施招聘，做好合理储备，保障诊所正常运营人力需求；
3. 了解诊所培训需求，储备培训资源，实施培训，并做好培训的评估反馈；
4. 其他人力日常工作，入离职办理，异动管理，花名册的更新，员工关系管理，员工活动规划和实施；
5. 完成上级领导交待的其他临时性工作。
任职要求：
1.人力资源或相关管理专业本科毕业；
2.三年以上医疗行业招聘、培训工作经验；
3.熟悉国家劳动法规、人力资源相关知识；
4.工作态度积极乐观，逻辑清晰，具有较强的沟通能力，团队合作意识强 举报 分享
