职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

1.Consolidate group reporting packages to ensure the consolidated books will be in compliance with US GAAP and China GAAP;
2.Liaise with corporate accounting team and local Finance teams during the corporate consolidation process and improve monthly reporting package to the Board;
3.Review monthly flux analysis of local entities and perform consolidated flux analysis of financial statements from period to period, actual vs. budget;
4.Be responsible for preparing annual group financial statements and relevant disclosures under US GAAP;
5.Assist Reporting Senior Manager in coordinating external auditing tasks including statutory audit and Pre-IPO audit;
6.Understand Sarbanes Oxley requirements and support internal control improvement to be SOX404 compliant.
 


Requirements / Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in accounting or a business-related major with a reputable university/college, master degree and/or AICPA/CICPA will be a plus;
2.At least 4 years of big 4 experience, expertise in group consolidation and group reporting;
3.Good US GAAP knowledge and related working experience are required; experience with equity accounting will be a plus;
4.A stock listing experience is preferred;
5.Positive attitude and able to work under pressure, fast learner, highly organized and compliance-minded;
6.Strong communication skill and good English reading, writing, listening and speaking;
7.Good analytic skills and master of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. 举报 分享
