We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in China where you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of translation projects from start to finish to our global clients.

You will be the first point of contact for clients on a daily basis and have the responsibility of managing and delivering translation projects within agreed timescales and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your organisational skills will be second to none and you will have solid experience of working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

1.Manage clients’ needs and expectations, responding as necessary

2.Establishes, maintains and develops client relationships

3.Manage clients’ needs and expectations, responding as necessary

4.Responsible for all aspects of the projects managed, including project planning, quality, scheduling, booking resources and provision of status reports (internal and/or to clients as required).

5.Responsible for managing own spend effectively in order to meet financial targets.

6.Provide accurate status reports

Key knowledge, skills and experience required:

1. At least 3 years project management experience in translation/localisation industry.

2. Experienced in directly serving European/American clients

3. Strong oral and written communication skills in English, capable of leading important con-calls with European/American clients.

4.The ability to manage tight deadlines/schedules

One of our key client teams are currently looking for the right person to join their team as a Client Account Manager (Project Manager) able to offer irresistible service in carrying out the following duties. This role is for a Beijing/China based team, although applications for homeworking will be considered.
