职位描述：
PURPOSE:
目的
优化内部供应链管理流程和系统，发展与总部供应链部门的项目衔接和顺畅沟通，创造与本地合作伙伴稳定持续的业务合作，以期实现精准的订单管理，正常的市场供应和合理的库存管理。The position take the responsibility to optimizing internal supply chain system and process, developing link-up on key project and well communication with HQ, keeping stable continuous collaboration with local partner, to ensure accurate orders management, smooth supplying to market and reasonable inventory management.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
工作职责

- 基于公司整体业务需求，完成商业销售指标的分解和实施。
Generating supply plan based on Lundbeck China business objective.
- 基于公司现有内部流程，建立并持续优化供应链管理系统.
Building up internal supplying management system and optimizing continuously.
- 与进口商建立并发展策略合作伙伴关系.
Set up a strategic partnership with the importers.
- 订单管理、监控和跟踪，以确保合理的库存和及时、充分的供应.
Well management on orders arrangement, keep monitoring and tracking, to ensure the reasonable inventory and timely and adequate supply.
- 协调安排出厂发货，并确保订单及时准确的发货
Coordinate arrangement from EX-LU orders & shipment to ensure the shipment orders processing in a timely and accurate manner.
- 通过既有系统确保与相关部门准确和及时的信息沟通
Prepare delivery notes from current system like SAP and ensure clear communication with related department, such as HQ supplying, cross-function, external partner.
- 建立相应文件续期、更新及跟踪系统，确保所有文件资料可以随时满足市场需求；
Building up system for documents updating and following, such as files for new product launch, license renewal & all related alert mechanisms and etc.

REQUIREMENT:
岗位要求

- 本科以上学历，医药或营销管理专业
Bachelor degree or higher in pharmaceutical or business management.
- 3年以上外资制药企业工作经历，2年以上商务、项目管理工作经验者优先考虑。
Have at least 3 years of experience in global pharmaceutical company, 2 years in commercial, logistic field or project management.
- 良好的团队合作精神
Team work
- 良好沟通技巧以及承压能力
Strong communication skills and adversity quotient
- 良好的英语读写能力
Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
