Position Summary
The Red Hat Training team is looking for a passionate and tenacious experienced Business Development/Senior Accounts Manager to help sell our Training and Certification offerings across north of China. In this role, you will directly sell to clients, act as an overlay for field sales to our named accounts and work with the training distribution network to grow the Red Hat business. We will need you to have creative and strategic planning skills to define systems and processes that will successfully carry our training services to market. You'll have the opportunity to establish relationships with customers across the region and increase Red Hat revenue. This position is located in Beijing.
Responsibilities:
Sell training products and services to enterprise/corporate customers in China.
Create and sustain strategic customer relationships, especially in the enterprise, federal and public sector.
Identify and generate new training opportunities from existing leads and customer base.
Develop and define the training selling best practices.
Meet assigned sales quotas, grow, and renew existing customer relationships, and acquire new business.
Manage forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track customer data using company standard CRM tools (Salesforce)
Send proposals and quotes of specific solutions to gain new customers and up sell existing accounts.
Create and roll out marketing initiatives in China to promote existing or new learning products and offerings
Build, maintain and foster the relationship with existing/new channel partners
Required Skills
Demonstrated success in a similar technology or software sales support position (outside, inside, telesales) with a proven track record of achieving your goals.
Demonstrated success and a good understanding of compliance issues with federal agencies and the public sector is preferred.
Understand complete sales-cycle management, from prospecting to closing.
Positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers through trust and credibility.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone and in person.
Ability of English communication skills.
