Role Purpose:
- Manages and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manages solution promotion plan targeted for a specific marketing audience
- Manages North Asia marketing events

Principal Accountabilities:
Manages all marketing related activities including:
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities in North Asia, including new company website, email campaign, landing page, webinar, social media, video production and other innovative tools
- Responsible for developing and executing solution promotion campaigns. Be able to track and measure the campaign’s effectiveness and communicate results to various audiences.
- Develop new communication toolkits for current and potential clients, including marketing materials copy writing for internal and external audience, such as print ads, direct mail, case studies, product fact sheets, web pages, sales decks and brochures
- Take ownership over QuintilesIMS China Thought Leadership activities, including bi-monthly magazine and white papers
- Coordinate and support North Asia event’s logistics, such as arrange venue, develop stands, produce marketing collateral, etc.

Also Expected To:
- Bring innovative ideas to strengthen QuintilesIMS brand positioning through impactful communication & campaigns
- Proactively do any market research necessary to better understand our clients’ needs and satisfaction.
- Become the brand champion by always ensuring that all communications coming from the Asia-Pacific region are aligned with the regional communication strategy/ brand voice
- Provide input on the development and execution of the offering(s) in the annual Marketing Plan

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years related Marketing experience. Good understanding of the use of the QI offerings in the customer environment strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Good writing skills, strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
