职位描述：
Head of Marketing is responsible for defining the marketing strategy based on market analysis, coordinating the marketing activities and defining market strategy to deliver customer satisfaction and business results.

Responsibilities
？ Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing plans – including but not limited to brand, product, media, public relations, promotion strategies, etc.
？ Develop a market analysis and understanding based on Marketing, Sales and Customer Demand, Industry Insight, competitive analysis, Service needs and financial simulation
？ Work with sales team to execute national promotion plan to further grow and improve the possibility of business
？ Organize effective marketing activities to support sales achieve sales target
？ Control and manage promotion activities spending

Qualifications
？ Bachelor holder
？ At least 5 years’ experience in B2B business model
？ Excellent communication and presentation skills
？ Excellent People Management skills
？ High work standards: reliable, responsive and attention to detail
？ Good command of computer skills i.e. Windows application
