1. Lead equipment maintenance team to setup preventive maintenance plan and improve it according to execution and equipment status
带领设备维护团队制定预防性设备维护计划，并根据实际执行及设备状况进行定期的更新和改进
2. Manage the equipment maintenance vendor including maintenance contract review, performance management, working scope definition.
管理设备维护供应商，包括维护合同的确认，工作绩效管理及工作范围的确认
3. Monitor and manage preventive maintenance execution to meet yearly maintenance KPI and setup improvement plan accordingly
监督及管理预防性维护计划的执行已满足年度的设备维护绩效指标，并根据绩效制定改进措施
4. Control inventory stock and yearly spending of the spare parts according budget and achieve cost reduction target.
根据年度预算管理备件库存和控制每年备件费用，并完成年度费用降低目标
5. Lead safety improvement of equipment and facility according HSE requirement
根据HSE要求主导设备及设施的安全改造
6. Lead TPM activity
带领开展全员生产维护活动
7. Lead planning and execution of facility and equipment investment and improvement to meet long term business increasing target.
主导工厂设施、设备为了满足长期业务增长目标所需的投资与改建活动
8. Being key member of new plant investment project to be responsible for facility and equipment part, including;
作为新工厂投建项目的主要成员，负责厂房设置、设备方面的项目内容，包括；
a. 参与设计新工厂厂房、设施及基础设备规划及选型，并制定相应的技术要求；
Participant in the planning and design of new plant, facility and equipment and define the technical specification;
b. 主导竞标新工厂厂房、设施及基础设备的供应商技术评分；
Lead the technical rating of new plant, facility and equipment biding;
c. 与供应商一起制定厂房、设施及基础设备的施工计划并控制施工进度
Work with vendor to make the construction plan and control the progress to ensure on time completion of construction;
d. 负责与工程监都供应商一起对于施工进行验收
Be responsible to work with quality control vendor to approve the construction of plant, facility and equipment;
e. 协调行政、HSE等部门准备新厂房环评验收文件
Work with admin and HSE to prepare document for environment

Bachelor of science； (Major in, electrical engineering, 工科背景，电气工程专业背景为佳
Be able to read and write in English 能用英语读写
Microsoft Office, Auto cad, Solid works as plus 可以使用微软办公软件，AutoCAD
Good leadership of team work 有良好的的团队领导力
High levels of energy and self-motivation, open and direct in communication. 具有较好的自我鞭策及较高的自我要求，沟通能力强
Preferred experience in TPM activity 有TPM活动经验者为佳
Preferred experience of project to build new factory 有参与过新厂投建项目经验为佳
