Main responsibilities主要职责:
1、参与项目的需求调研、可行性分析和需求设计；
2、参与系统分析和整体框架的搭建；
3、负责项目核心功能和模块的编码、单元测试；
4、分析，调试并解决开发过程中遇到的问题；
5、对已经进入运营状态的系统进行技术支撑和协助；
6、编写系统设计文档、程序设计文档。


Basic requirements基本要求（学历、工作经验、形象气质、专业技能 、工作态度和能力）:
1、大学本科，一至三年工作经验，计算机及相关专业；

2、熟悉Struts、Hibernate、Spring、Ibatis等J2EE技术架构，精通JSP/Servlet、JavaScript、Ajax、JQuery、XML、WebService等编程技术；
3、熟悉Tomcat、WebLogic、WebSphere等应用服务器，熟悉Eclipse，MyEclipse等开发工具；
4、对软件工程和面向对象编程有较深刻的认识，熟练掌握面向对象的分析与设计方法、分布式应用系统的体系设计及关系型数据库结构设计；熟悉Rose UML建模工具；
5、具有良好的职业道德和工作态度，强烈的责任心和团队合作意识，善于沟通；
6、具有良好的编程习惯和文档撰写能力，具有较强的学习能力和独立解决问题的能力。
