Training Business Development Manager and Account Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Build and develop the sales in China
? Actively work with increasing sales within present segments as well as develop sales within new segments
? Work with identifying and contacting new potential customers
? Work with Trainers for client proposals
? Develop, implement and follow up the strategic marketing and sales plan
? Customer relationship management
? Project management of ongoing projects
? Co-ordinate facilitators in ongoing projects
? Ensure that market information and customer satisfaction reports are communicated with the management team
? Work together with the trainers and coordinate the training programs to ensure that high quality training is delivered at all times
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? Bachelor degree
? At least 5 years working experience in training field
? Excellent sailing skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent presentation skills
? Fluent Mandarin and English
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
? Strong influence and negotiation skills
? Fast learner
