Main Responsibilities:
?Develop, coordinate, and implement sales and marketing plans to meet company growth objectives.
?Formulate effective sales strategy and promotion plan based on marketing and business plan.
?Prepare and give sales presentations to current and potential clients.
?Manage whole sales process and establish or maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
?Participate in all kinds of marketing activities, promote company branding and professional image.
?People management of sales, marketing and sales support team.
?Research market segments and product catalog to meet diversified customer needs and improve their satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements:
?Bachelor and above degree, 10+ years’ experience of sales or business development management role in Market Research, Consultancy or B2B industries.
?Track record of delivering incremental revenue from a portfolio of clients.
?Demonstrate of consultative selling skills in meetings, pitching and proposal writing.
?Breadth of knowledge in at least one of the key industry verticals - Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, High-Tech or Internet.
?Ability to write clear internal briefs that articulate the client’s key needs.
?Great self-motivator and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
?People management experience is preferred.
?At least conversational English but strong written English skills.
Total Package:
?Base Salary: 30K-50K/M (based on personal background)
?Incentive Scheme: 200K-400K (Commission + Annual Performance Bonus)
