About the role
As the Local and Payment Application Delivery & Support Manager, you will manage the delivery of application design, development, testing, and post installation support. In this role, you will ensure that application support services for China Local & Payment Applications are in accordance with Service Level agreements. You will also manage system analysts and will effectively integrate with infrastructure teams to help ensure end-to-end support. You will also ensure that all initiatives are adequately resourced and facilitate and conduct risk & compliance assessments of projects and initiatives. You will also build and maintain relationships with Business, Vendor, and wider Technology teams to ensure successful outcomes through collaboration. You will also establish accountability and a clear point of contact for applicable China Local & Payment applications. About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

? Extensive years of application delivery and support experience
? Demonstrated expertise in Project & Delivery Management, Customer Engagement, Vendor Management, and People Leadership
? Successful track record of project delivery and in leveraging in-house and partner capabilities
? Demonstrated ability to influence business outcomes and innovation
? Ability to drive technology teams in multinational business environments
? Experience in process improvement and quality frameworks
? Knowledge with the China local industry application landscape (including regulatory systems) would be highly preferred
