工作职责
Main Responsibility Areas：
? Leading MSQ team to proactively support  Programs, Sourcing, Suppliers and factories teams in material quality improvements .
? Collects, analyses and reports quality related information & data.
? Identify material quality risks, initiate and monitors corrective & preventive actions implementation.
? Process improvement and development related MSQ team
? Material block management
?Internal and external audit for MSQE team

Key Deliverables：
?Supplier quality management
?Factory quality block inventory control and reduction
?Find the solution for quality issues solving
?Interface with program , sourcing, supplier and factory for material issues
?Inventory control
?Material scrap control
?Supplier process improvement
