1. Develops and implements the Road to Market strategy in which sales resources are deployed in expanding sales team in the RETAIL channel in the potential provinces in China
2. Develops new customers and penetrate new products with development of best sales team to achieve assigned sales budgets and Sales KPIs.
3. Plans, supervises and monitors closely all the projects for key and global retail customers to maximize the sales potential.
4. Trains, motivates and develops national operation teams and KAMs to ensure company policies and regulations are properly implemented and develops remedial plans and actions where appropriate, a.o. regarding division’s as product knowledge, sales terms, delivery, payments, reporting, etc.
5. Work with Technical Application & Marketing to develop finished goods and consumer preference & shopper research study with the support of store pusher team to enhance unparallel quality service and add competitive edge to the target key customers.
6. Organizes and monitors the supportive functions (administration and reporting, division management) according to the agreed plans, procedures and budgets, in order to maximize the effectiveness of the support to the sales function.
7. Collects and reports relevant data regarding the overall business environment, new business opportunities, customer needs and feedback, competitor activities etc. in order to allow for timely and appropriate action of the company.
8. Cooperates with the other department managers to ensure all activities are consistent with overall company strategy and policies and in the resolution of various problems regarding marketing, sales and distribution, products etc.
9. Participates in the preparation and control of the sales budget and monthly rolling sales forecast
Requirements:
- University degree;
- At least five years relevant experience in multinational company
- Capacity of negotiation (internal and sales);
- Basic financial skill (to analyst accounts, budget process, and reporting.)
- Good language knowledge (Chinese & English).
- Leadership;
- People managerment;
- Customer minded;
- Flexibility, adaptability, involvement, initiative;
- Team player and independence.
