Training Project Manager 培训项目项目经理

Project Background
? Premium automotive brand online product consulting service.
? Project team will be formed with 1 project manager, 2-3 product expert and 3-4 customer service staff at the beginning stage.
? Regular working hours
? No travel needs

Project Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage project implementation, communicate with stakeholders, ensure customer queries to be answered, the problems resolved
? Maintain routine communications with the team concerning all aspects of the project.
? Prepare/deliver project progress reports to Clients on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, and as per their requirements, including daily summary, system history analysis, etc.
? Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality is maintained
? Ensure that deliverables are on time, on/under budget, and meet customer expectations.
? Work with expert team with project time schedule, and ensure the workload, work time are sufficient
? Make process improvement recommendations to client as required.
? Work with client and vendors to ensure the work process and solve all possible technical problem

? Manage multi-tasks and be able to deal with unexpected situations
? All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

? A good team player;
? Excellent Office skills, especially Excel and PPT
? Good data analysis skill
? Project team management experience
? Good customer service mind-set and communication skills
? Preferred to have normal English skills in reading and written
? Able to solve-problems independently with the information at hand;
? Consulting background is preferred
? Automotive background or interested in automotive industry is preferred 举报 分享
