Accounting & Business Analyst

DFS Shanghai Office

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Mornitor GL posting, maintain a complete and accurate GL in accordance with accounting principles, reporting schedules.

- Collect and analyse financial information and prepare financial reports.

- Prepare summary reports for management, maintenance and planning of budget.

- Incentive analysis and result evaluation for DFS Venice store

- Perform analysis report for aftersales cases

- Assist Finance Manager in financial planning, cash, insurance and tax management matters

- Other assignments as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, accounting or equivalent is preferred

Work Experience: 5+ years' experience in the financial sector

Other knowledge, skills and Abilities Required:

- Knowledge on PRC regulations and policies on finance, taxation, and auditing

- Finance analytical skills

- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Self-motivated, integrity, detail-oriented, and independent

- Good communication and organizational skills, good team player

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
