职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment;
2. Counsel & advise clients' outsourcing requirement through sourcing of the right talent;
3. Counsel & advise candidates' career progression & advancement;
4. Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools;
5. Intensive & careful search for suitable candidates, which includes their identification, assessment and presentation against client requirements, within our database and in the market;
6. Manage the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond;
7. Maintain the stability of the outsourcing staff and support the daily management of the People Leasing team;
8. Make monthly fee note of outsourcing service and receive the confirmation from Client;
9. Dealing with data analysis, optimize the recruitment channels and the recruitment process.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years recruitment experience in corporate, RPO, or agency environment;
2. Strong knowledge and resources in recruiting;
3. Computer proficiency is essential and versed in writing English;
4. Excellent communication skills and willing to work stably with a high-performance team;
5. Energetic self-starter, focused and dedicated, energetic with good attitude, willing to work under pressure. 举报 分享
