Report to: General Manager China
Job Description:
1. Setting up HR system/policies (incl. salary, recruiting, performance review, training etc.) for the company and the rep. office;
2. Manage recruitment, interview process, hiring, and on-boarding of new employees.
3. Manage the periodical performance review to the employees;
4. Manage company employee compensation and benefits programs. Manage employee social insurance and housing fund accounts;
5. Cooperate with finance team with payroll; Coordinate with legal/admin team regarding international employees’ issues including residence and work permit etc.
Requirement:
1. More than 5 years’ experience in human resources management, preferably with a well-known MNC;
2. Having more than 2 years' experience as mid-level manager;
3. Native Mandarin Chinese speaker, with fluent English language ability;
4. Having good knowledge of Chinese Employment Law;
5. Strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication skills, and organizational and time management abilities;
7. Bachelor’s degree or higher;

工作内容：
1. 负责制定并建立公司及代表处的人事体系和相关管理制度（包括薪酬体系、招聘及考核制度、培训方案和计划等）；
2. 负责管理和执行招聘工作。包括制定和完善职位要求，进行简历筛选和开展面试工作，办理应聘手续及新员工入职培训等；负责招聘流程中的相关汇报工作；
3. 负责组织定期的员工考核工作；
4. 负责制定并管理员工的补贴和福利方案。负责管理员工的社保及公积金账户；
5. 负责员工的薪酬计算工作，并配合财务部门进行薪酬发放；与法务、行政等部门进行协调，为外籍员工办理居住和工作许可证等手续；
任职要求：
1. 在人力资源管理领域有超过5年的经验；曾在知名跨国公司任职者将优先考虑；
2. 有超过两年的中层经理任职经验；
3. 普通话为母语或者达到母语水平。可熟练使用英文进行书面和口头交流；
4. 熟悉国内劳动合同及相关法律法规；
5. 具备较强的判断能力，能同时开展多项工作，并具备解决问题的能力；
6. 具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力及时间管理能力
