职位描述：
Architect that is able to run and document projects
? Excellent Autocad skills, Revit would be a bonus
? Understands how to address site issues (RFI on Aconex)
? At least 5 or 6 years work experience in large scale Retail or Commercial projects, preferably with a technical background to resolve site and detail issues
? Design development experience
? Can work efficiently both in a team and independently
? Client liaison
? Proficient with coordinating consultants drawings, and dedication to follow things through from start to finish to ensure items are addressed
? Ability to work with competing deadlines, a proven capacity to manage workflow and prioritize tasks effectively
? Thorough detailing and construction understanding (including hand sketches)
? Great organizational and communication skills
? Easy going nature and can work in team environment
? Good understanding of current Chinese building codes
? Drive to take on a project as their own, and lead a team
? Applicants must be able to work well in a team environment and autonomously, be friendly and outgoing with a strong and capable work ethic.
任职资格:
- - 至少5或6年以上，有全过程大型商业建筑项目或零售项目经验，最好是有技术背景来解决工地和细节问题，善于协调各类的顾问图纸，从项目开始到结束，尽心的把控整个项目进程，确保问题得到解决
- 熟悉理解当前的中国建筑规范并配合检查图纸中的规范问题，和澳洲团队解释国内规范和制图标准等
- 代表公司和业主设计院等每周开会，必要时到项目城市出差与规划局沟通，平时需紧密和设计院联系沟通，
- 必要时需自己画手图和一部分CAD方案简图供业主参考
- 建筑师具有较强的管理项目和绘图能力
- 熟练掌握Revit, CAD等软件
- 善于沟通协调，知道如何解决工地问题（通Aconex来进行信息咨询或请求）
- 具有既能独立有效的完成工作的能力，又有良好的团队合作精神
- 善于沟通和理解客户需求，保持联络
- 具有较强的工作能力，理解具有竞争性的交工日期，有效的管理工作流程和优先任务等
- 全面理解细节和工程（包括草图）
- 拥有较强的管理和沟通能力
- 性格随和易相处，能从容应对团队合作
- 具备强烈的责任心和团队领导能力
