职位描述：
Main Responsibility：
Sales Management：Develop and maintain key dealers, accounts receivable management, inventory management, Sales and order cancel, agreement with dealers, etc
Coordinates with sales to achieve the sales target to dealers.
Achieve bidding target by coordinate with Sales department, bidding department
Develop and maintain relationship with Hospital purchasing department.

Job Responsibility:
1． Maintain and updated commercial client document, sales contract, sign and manage the agreement，commercial data and the qualification of dealers management
2． Build reasonable dealer network, check the sales volume, inventory, term of validity, overdue accounts, calculating data, and make reports regularly.
3． Communicate with sales in his area, and coordinate commercial affairs；
4． Actively participate Key market and Hospital development by using of distributor, pharmaceutical association, and hospital association,etc.
5． Take initiative to complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree above, preferably medical education background.
2、Previous sales and channel management experience of at least 3 years (preferably within the medical industry)
3、good skills on project management, and Written and verbal English communication capability
4、good skills on negotiation, and interpersonal relations，clear thinking, Strong ability to cope, coordinate, and think logically
