- Working as part of the Low Voltage Drives and Automation R&D department, motion products team
- Electronic circuit design for motion drives and controllers
- Analyzing customer needs and transferring into technical solutions, with focus on motion applications
- Leverage best-practice design processes, utilizing appropriate tools
- Support motion drives internal and external customers in technical challenges
- Support motion drives competence buildup in the team and whole organization

Requirements (must have):
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Automation preferred
- R&D background, familiar with all aspects of the electronics design & development process
- Experience with industrial electronics, preferably Motion Drives or other AC Drives
- FPGA design experience
- Experience with modern circuit design tools, PADS is preferred
- Experience in working with version control tools and ECM process
- Knowledge about modern electronics manufacturing & testing processes (DFM, DFT)
- Knowledge of RoHS and other material requirements
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing) and positive attitude
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, a few weeks per year

Requirements (good to have):
- Working experience >5 years
- PCBA layout design experience
- Understanding of test automation
- Knowledge of IPC standards
- International experience (work or study)
