What is a Project Ambassador?
- Who provides on the ground promotion, agent training and sales support exclusively for one of company’s Clients.
- Are experts in the operation of the website, B2B sales and customer service. Ambassadors must understand fully the Client’s business and the Client’s Projects they represent as well as have deep understanding of the local market the Projects are in.
- Must quickly form trusting relationships with our Members. They will train our Members and their staff on the Projects they represent, as well as the business of the Client and provide them with exceptional levels of customer service to maximise the sales results for our Client.
Key objectives of the role:
As an Ambassador you are the face of both company and your Client. The success of your role and your personal remuneration will ultimately be defined by the on platform China based sales success of the Client you represent.
The Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets set by company.
? Utilize your current network to promote company generally and the Projects of your Client.
? Grow your networks to promote company and the Projects of your Client.
? Member outreach and engagement:
1. Presenting at Monthly educational events.
2. Attending networking events to meet more prospective Members.
3. Cold calling.
4. Online demonstrations of company and presentations of the Projects you are representing.
5. Face to face demonstrations of company and presentations of the Projects you are
6. representing.
7. Responding to Member views and enquiries, with the specific purpose of engaging them on the Projects you are representing.
8. Engaging with Members via WeChat to get them interested in the Projects you are representing and drive them back to company.
? Member training and focus building:
1. Prepare a detailed sales manual, following the format supplied by company, content supplied by company’s Client and material sourced from publicly available sources.
2. Use your sales manual to train Members, and the staff of Members, who have expressed an interest in Projects you are representing.
3. Coordinate the supply of any required marketing material for Members.
4. Continually drive company Members back to the Projects you are representing via WeChat, Email, SMS or any other effective channel to keep them engaged in selling your Projects.
5. Periodically meet with, and call Members to get their feedback on Projects you are representing.
? Sales events:
1. Where possible encourage Members to run specific sales events for the Projects you are representing.
2. Make yourself available to answer questions at Sales events and assist Members to maximize sales results.
? Sales administration and support:
1. Ensure all Members who may sell properties within Projects you are representing have entered into and Marketing Services or Commission Agreements and that these agreements have been exchanged (countersigned by the Client).
2. Provide Members with Contracts of Sale and ensure they understand how to accurately complete Contracts of Sale.
3. Ensure the Contract of Sale is returned to your Client and ensure that the selling Member procures the required deposit.
? Provide exceptional customer service to existing company Members.
? Update the Company’s client databases and providing reporting as directed.
? Local and interstate travel in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
Interpersonal expectations:
? Whilst there is no set personality profile that dictates success, high performing Ambassadors tend to be:
? Energetic, focussed with a passion to succeed.
? Able to set appointments and build rapport with our Members that sell off the plan property.
? Ability to adapt, create and customise sales presentations and demonstrations.
? Articulate on the phone, email and in-person.
? Results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on closing business and creating long term relationships with the property industry's who's who.
? Experienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and a CRM (Salesforce is a plus).
