职位描述：
1. Prepare financial and management reports for senior management review timely with precision and reliability
2. Identify key drivers of business growth, highlight business opportunities and issues, and help to drive issues to closures
3. Define, analyze and communicate key financial metrics to support and drive improvement business operation
4. Assist finance controller on annual/quarterly/monthly planning process (budgeting, forecast and tracking)
5. Work closely with accounting teams to improve management reporting accuracy and completeness
6. Work closely with other functional teams to conduct financial analysis for business cases whenever necessary
7. Work closely with cost accountant to identify cost issues and find solution to archive cost saving target
8. Help sales team to analyses sales data and improve sales information analysis
Experience & Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related major
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in multinational manufacture organizations with FP&A experience
3. Strong analytical skill with logical thinking and business awareness
4. Proficient in MS Office with advance skill in Excel and PowerPoint
5. Workable English in oral and writing
6. Be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
7. Work independently; strong execution ability
8. Good communication skill cross culture
