Job Description:

l 80% of your time will focus on planning and teaching one-on-one online classes to Chinese age students (3-5 years old) through:

l Enhancing student performance in English skills like: critical reading, writing, speaking and listening (American culture and history tutoring are also involved);

l Adapting to the learning styles of Chinese students and demonstrating an ability to teach online courses one-on-one to substantially improve these students’ English language proficiency;

l Conducting courses in accordance with the set schedule;

l Communicating regularly with relevant departments and coordinators and participating in training workshops;

l Correcting homework and essays that answer student questions during office hours;

l Developing curriculum for required programs and courses;

l 20% time will work on monitoring class quality and recording video demo classes.
