Key Results Areas:
Complete all daily operational tasks
Desktop support and opening trouble ticket with our different vendors.
Assist the team with the set up of new system in Data Center (racking, setup of windows 2003 servers and network equipments, and cabling).
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other professionals (e.g., contract businesses) in order to make necessary repairs;
Provide essential reports to the operations manager to improve effectiveness of the department
Timely completions of all tickets
Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems, either over the phone or face-to-face.
