职位描述：
Core Accountabilities:
? Analyse data to create forecasts, conduct primary market research to gather competitor intelligence and create competitor benchmarks.
? Provide analytical support and to contribute data driven insights.
? Collect, analyse, evaluate and report Marketing and Sales data to generate insights to increase sales productivity, lead generation, lead conversion and ROI on Marketing spending.
? Work closely with business leaders to develop integrated marketing communications strategies to ensure business profitability and growth.
? A conduit that keeps business and stakeholders appraised of latest marketing developments, and has responsibility to ensure optimal return on investment on the marketing budget.
? Liaise with regional finance teams on budgeting and monthly management reporting.
? Construct consistent and accurate key marketing report mechanisms, including reports.
? Make recommendations to improve the efficiency and success of the marketing team.
? Work closely with external consultants to develop marketing research project.
Qualification:
? A Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree will be highly regarded.
? Major in Marketing, International Trade, Management or Finance.
Experience & Competencies:
? At least 5 years’ experience, preferably in iron ore business.
? Good command of English, ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
? Documenting and maintaining methodologies and driving product quality.
? Analytical thinker, with ability to execute tactically.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong stakeholder management.
? Collaborative at all level of the organisation, identify and leverage resources outside direct reporting structure; facilitation of strong team work.
? Desire to see marketing work more smoothly and efficiently.
? Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and relational databases is preferred.
