职位描述：
工作职责：
1、协助经理完成对生产订单的审核，生产情况跟踪联系；
2、负责生产订单的计划安排，生产进度跟踪及交期跟催；
3、负责各工厂产能数据分析及排单管控,并将相关数据提供给相关部门；
4、根据生产订单生产完成情况，及时与采购、制造等部门沟通，确保出货顺利达成；
5、相关报表制作，并进行分析报告。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，22~35岁；
2、具有较强的抗压能力及良好的沟通协调能力；
3、具有较好的逻辑思维能力；
4、良好的数据敏感性和数据分析能力；
5、要有２年以上工厂跟单或外贸公司跟单工作经验

Job Title: Demand Planner
Location: Fuzhou

1、Purpose of this Position
？Communicate with US for demand information and order confirmation
？Allocate demand plan per supplier capability and capacity
？Issue PO or delivery schedule for accessory and hardware
？Ensure OTD by working with different functions
？Update rolling forecast to suppliers
？Safety stock and inventory management

2、Specific Job Responsibilities
？Communicate and confirm orders with US team
？Track wood mill production schedule for OTD
？Monitor wood mills capacity and capability for order allocation
？Inform US for any issues impact delivery
？Weekly update tracking sheet
？Per demand plan /order schedule, break down the accessory /hardware demand plan to supplier for buyer follow up
？Communicate with buyer for OTD or reschedule information
？Provide information for shipping book containers
？Communicate with QC for OTD
？Coordinate different functions on OTD
？Training related function on planning process

3、Minimum Qualifications Expected at Hire
University or above , 3 years planning experience, familiar with MRP and MPS, good at excel on manual MRP, excellent communication and teamwork skills, purchasing experience a plus. Knowledge of TQC, continuous improvement methods desired.
