职位描述：
Major Duties Performed (Main Functions):
1.Process tracking, quality monitoring, renovation inspection offices establishment projects, to meet user departments' expectation and to ensure corporate strategic decision to be implemented accurately.
2.Plan, organize, implement and coordinate company-level activities to ensure event and function's effeciency and effect.
3.Monitor implementation of administration policies and procedures, to ensure the effective execution of such policies and procedures.
4.Ensure travel desk‘s smooth running. Provide all-in-one service to all travelers, incl. travel documentation, ticketing, accommodation, local transportation, etc, to provide professional and efficient travel services.
6.Implement budget planning within timeline. Supervise its execution to ensure the accuracy.
7.Assist sourcing department with vendors screening. Ensure service quality and performance of suppliers selected. Respond to other department's special procurement needs.
8.Lead internal and external VIP customers' receiving service, to ensure service quality and effects.
9.Direct and supervise subordinates and outsourcing staff to fullfill their job responsibilites, implement work plan and achieve performance target.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor or above.
2.Above 1 years sales Admin experience, At least related for sales admin, business management or sales support work experience.
3.Oral and writing English.
4.Well communication skill.
5.Be familiar with MS Word, Power Point, Excel and etc.
6.USA citizens or green card owner required.
