岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

？ Stays abreast of, interprets, and communicates existing and/or proposed government food regulations to operations, business, and R&D disciplines; provide assessment, propose solutions.
？ Build up/maintain good relations with central governmental authorities related to food regulation, network with food safety or nutrition organisations, professional committees and industry associations in the field of infant and young child nutrition.
？ Prepare and submit petition doc to support innovation project or geographic expansion.
? Provide regulation consultation necessary for business and ensure products and activities compliance to related regulations and laws


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

? Strengthen strong and effect network between MJN and regulation authorities, KOLs, professional organizations and industry associations
? Participate regulator’s relevant activities on behalf of MJN
? Watch closely the latest related food regulations and policies, as well as its trend
? Prepare, submit and follow through petition
? Provide crisis/issue support
? Provide regulatory consulting to other MJN functions to ensure food regulation compliance in market activities

任职资格:

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Attainment Requirement
? University degree, major in Nutrition, Food Science or Medical.

Professional background Experience:

? Familiar with government operation
? Knowledge/experience in
* Building relationship with government authorities or KOLs
* Food safety or nutrition field
? Prior work in Regulatory Affairs is an advantage

Technical know-how:

? Nutrition
? Related food regulations and laws
? Computer and English capability
Expected Areas of Competence Managerial skills:
? Project management skills
? Time management
? Leadership is an advantage


Interpersonal skills:
? Good written and oral English
? Open personality, good in communication skills
? Amiability, passion, patient, self-motivated to the job
? Strong ability to influence other person
? Work under pressure
