职位描述：
BASIC FUNCTION
 
To work with cross functional team(ID, R&D, Engineering, Test lab) in Identification/Qualification Advanced Materials/Processes/Finishes(AMPF) ideas.
To lead sourcing related activities related to Advanced Materials/Processes/Finishes(AMPF).
Cost analysis and time/schedule management for AMPF projects.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To collect Advanced Materials/Processes/Finishes ideas with ID/Marketing.
2. Supply chain management for AMPF. Potential suppliers identification.
3. To work with ID/R&D/Engineering team to setup specification/requirement.
4. To drive and lead the qualification process for AMPF.
5. To set up a AMPF pool and potential supplier base for it.
6. Cost analysis/management for AMPF parts.
7. To draft and review legal documents with suppliers.
8. To build and to drive teamwork across functional areas.
9. Proactively communicates status of a AMPF project to internal customers and build trust in interactions.
10. Promotes with self-development through the use of all available resources (i.e. training programs, seminars, sharing of best practices, and self study).

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1. Acts with integrity.
2. Knowlodge and experience of a lot of different materials in other industries, like Architecture.
3. Proficient in market research skill.
4. Good command of English.
5. Positive, creative, strong in project planning, project management and coordination.
6. Willing to traval a lot.
7. Bachelors degree or above in Materials or Engineering, with minimum two years professional experience.
