Job Description:
1. Lead and manage a team of operations staff in different site to provide 24hrs×7 days time critical delivery service, professional solution and to carry out daily tasks effectively to meet or exceed customer expectation;
2. Work closely with Time Critical Sales Team, Agents, Customs, airlines and counterpart in China and overseas to ensure seamless and effective process management;
3. Drive for continuous improvement and convert it into operational deliverable with qualitative and quantitative KPI measurement to support company directions;
4. Formulate functional tactical plan and resources forecasting, appraise performance, resolve problems and address customers and staffing needs.
5. Collaborate with Time Critical Sales Team, leverage customer loyalty to explore new business opportunity and profitability through the provision of personal, dedicated proactive and customized service solutions.
6. Work with external and internal functions to support sales process of company product, solution design, service support, complaint, service recovery and be the team member of Key Account Management.
7. Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing and coaching between team and functions.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder or above.
2. Minimum 3-year or above management experience in the related field of time critical transportation, express or forwarding industry.
3. Strong business sense, able to communicate with customer from different background and culture effectively.
4. Strong management and leadership skill.
5. Able to analyse and solve problem independently under time pressure.
6. Highly self-motivated, liable, good integrity, positive attitude at work.
7. Effective communication in both English and Chinese, oral and written.
