Be responsible for developing and maintaining new sales channels.

Establish a good working relationship with resellers, chain outlets, and other accounts locally.

Acquire and retain more resellers and distributors for the marketplace.

Focus on facilitating all communications with resellers, improving client utilization, managing account profiles, preparing and delivering presentations for clients, monitoring the competition’s activity, planning for boosting market share, and communicating channel activities.

Works with senior management and provides them with sales reports, which contain all channel activities and results.

Leads channel programs’ development for prospected clients. Ensure all accounts are profitably serviced in order for the company to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Handle all aspects of account profiles, which includes performance history as well as customer forecasts.

In charge of preparing and delivering customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals, and other business endeavors.

Assures that all services are executed for the client such as training, and ongoing support.

Requirement:任职资格要求:
College above education, major in economics and law is preferred.
大专或以上学历,经济或法律等相关专业优先考虑;
4 years plus channel development experience, famous international or domestic brand work experience is preferred.
渠道拓展工作4年以上工作经验,国际、国内知名连锁品牌开发经验优先考虑;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
出色的沟通谈判技巧;
Patient, detail-oriented with good logical judgement and analysis skills.
性格耐心、细致,良好的逻辑判断能力和分析能力;
Good project coordination and management experience, be proactive and capable to handle crisis.
较强的综合项目协调能力和项目管理经验,善于预防和处理突发事件;
Able to handle stress and frequent travel.
抗压能力强,可适应频繁出差;
Good command of verbal and written English skills.
良好的英语听说读写;
Good PC skills.
