职位描述：
？ 参与团队的创意发想，一起“头脑风暴”，提供创意；
Brainstorming visual and ideas with other members of the creative team
？ 独立制作完成画面；
Finish the picture independently
？ 带领和指导组员完成创意工作。
Lead and direct other team members finish creative work.



岗位要求：
？ 美术设计等相关专业，大专以上学历
Diploma Above , major in art/ design or related fields
？ 4年以上从业经验，有4A公司工作经验者优先
More than 4 years related experience, preferably working in 4A company
？ 熟悉设计软件，Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator等
Familiar with design and related software, Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator and so on
？ 美术基础扎实，思维活跃,有一定的独立完成画面的能力
Solid art foundation, warn up thinking, can finish work independently
？ 责任感强，工作积极高效，善于沟通、协作与互动，有团队精神
