职位描述：
Purpose
? To professional conduct daily EMS operations for assigned accounts to ensure the process in line with policy and process as agreed.

Outputs
? This position will include daily data input, prepare payment request, answer inquiries related to payment via phone & E-mail and collection Fapiaos and other specific requirements from accounts.

Responsibilities
? Accurately key input the client data and set up recurring bills into Reloassist in timely manner
? Prepare monthly summary sheet as agreed in service scope/process flow
? Prepare Payment Request generated from Reloassist system and have EMS Manager to sign and then deliver to accounting dept. to proceed payment
? Contact with landlords/vendors if they do not provide the debit note on time, clarify payment procedures;
? Check tenancy agreement to ensure if the payment mentioned in the debit note is correct and should be paid;
? Prepare invoice summary sheet and e-mail to client within tight time period;
? Answer client’s enquiries regarding invoice summary sheet;
? Trace the payment and answer the landlords/vendors enquiries;
? Re-connect with the landlords/vendors if the payment is rejected;
? Answer all questions/enquires by client Employees regarding their payments;
? Check if expatriates’ reimbursement charge is the reimbursable according policy
? Check whether the security deposit is recovered.
? Collect original invoices and deposit receipts, make report and send to client accordingly.
? Make proper filling as ISO guideline

Education & Qualifications
? College degree above
? Over 3 years working experience
? Good English language both in oral and writing
? Proficient on using MS office software 举报 分享
