职位描述：
The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


？ Commercial management interface
? Monitor, analyze and articulate commercial performance and issues;
? Provide strong and insightful analysis to business as a fundamental & essentials data source;
? Lead the commercial enablement initiatives， e.g. renewal & leads qualification.

？ Customer Success Management
? Implement and monitor the standardized operation, principal, and process for CSM team;
? Drive implementation of large scale projects with the aim of long-term client success and revenue growth
? Contribute to best practice for all CS teams (academic, operations, sales, technical) to ensure successful design and delivery of language training
? Act as window person to coordinate CSM, teacher, and global functions to position and settle down all the client related proposal, expectation, and complain for better satisfaction.

？ Teacher management and engagement
? Plan and manage teacher’s utilization and efficiency;
? Regular monitor teacher KPIs and work out improvement plan;
? Engage teachers for better loyalty and recognize. 举报 分享
