*Job Description
Consultant PAREXEL Academy is responsible to partnering with Business leaders and external customers to design and deliver clinical trial management training programs according to business needs in Greater China, and also responsible for overseeing Academy workshop management in APAC. Works with Academy marketing teams to ensure program materials quality, and ensures Academy delivers precise and consistent messages to clients. Develops new line trainers or freelance trainers to support academy business, including TTT, Trainer Engagement program design and execution.

*Qualifications
? Ability to design and deliver GCP, SDV, CRC programs in local (Chinese) language
? Extensive working experience in Clinical Operation, Study Project Management, or Monitoring at least 6-8 years, 1-2 year management experience is a plus.
? Have experience as Facilitator or instructors in relevant programs in clinical trial management
? Clinical research experience or knowledge is a must 举报 分享
