Position: Probandenpool & Simulation

Division/Department: R&D Technology Asia

Location: Shanghai


Main goals and objectives:

? (HMI-) Concept evaluation and verification

? Survey, user study & experiment in field or laboratory

? Organization and preparation for study conduction

? Data analysis and result presentation

? Technical equipment maintenance (Driving simulator & eye tracking system)

? Social trend identification regarding mobility in China

Your Responsibilities:

1. Study Design and Experiment Setting Buildup

? Conduct literature research and scout project related background information

? Define the approach to answer the core questions of project

? Develop study design, interview guideline or questionnaire for the evaluation study

? Coordinate and organize necessary resources for the preparation of experiment

? Recruit external or internal participant by means of the current participant database

2. Qualitative and Quantitative Method Implements

? Integrate different qualitative and quantitative methods to collect data

? Conduct and moderate social survey e.g. workshop, focus group, in-depth interview

? Conduct experiment in driving simulator with-/out eye tracking system

? Consolidate qualitative and quantitative approaches to obtain complete insight and understanding

3. Data Analysis and Result Presentation

? Develop data analysis strategy

? Prepare the collected data for further data analysis processing

? Integrate different analysis result and produce final report

? Hold final presentation for internal client department

4. Technical Equipment Maintenance

? Coordinate internal/external resources for technical equipment maintenance, with focus on driving simulator and eye tracking system

? Preparation driving scenarios for driving simulator study (VTD, ADTF)

? Alignment with Group Research in Wolfsburg regarding to new evaluation technology

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Master degree or above

? Ideal Major direction: (Transportation-/Traffic-) Psychology, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics or Automotive Marketing

Language:

? Chinese and English Language skills essential

? German advantageous

Working experience (in years):

? 2 years working experience regarding concept evaluation and verification advantageous

Remarks:

? Excellent project management skill and statistical & methodological knowledge

? Good knowledge and experience regarding C++, Linux, XML and computer hardware

? Sociable and having joy and pleasure to interact with people

? Proactive, team-mined and independent working style

? Proficient communication skill within an intercultural and international organization

? Familiar with MS Office, SPSS or other statistical analysis software

? High interest in consumer electronics, mobility services, automotive industry, especially in ADAS, Human-Machine-Interaction

? Enterprise thinking and acting

? Willing to take domestic or international business travel
