职位描述：
Seeking for an experienced attorney or Compliance professional with background in corporate compliance, trademark, product registration, business law to serve as the Compliance Manager/ Legal counsel for China office. This position will report to the Group CEO and working closely with Global Corporate Affairs department.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Business & Competition Law
To devise, draw up and negotiate all type of contracts. You are responsible for the legal security of operations in terms of competition and distribution law and you advise the operational and functional management teams of the group entities. You are also responsible for approving advertising campaigns (on legal and copy rights matter) and for problems over copyright, unfair competition and consumer law. Lastly, you manage disputes working closely with the management teams involved and external consultants

II. Trade mark and product registration
You are responsible and to assist China team in the risk-free operation of new names, claims, packing and packaging. You register and renew their registrations in all the countries where the group is present and you are responsible for defending them and for combatting infringement and piracy. Lastly you must reserve and preserve the names of the Internet domains and addresses

III. Corporate compliance
1)Oversight, management and continuous improvement of the Company's compliance program
2)Identifying risks and working to develop control solutions, champion internal control and corporate governance concepts throughout the business, and promote the knowledge and presence of the Compliance function within the Company. Particular emphasis and familiarity with the subject matters which compose the Company's risk profile: Anti-bribery, Competition law, Export Compliance and general ethical behavior
3)Working with the Global Compliance team to develop the Company’s Global Compliance Program, implementing internal control procedures and preparing compliance reports reflecting the results of the work performed
4)Following-up on the status of outstanding compliance issues and providing counsel on third party due diligence conducted for China
5)Conducting confidential investigations regarding allegations of impropriety and violations of the Company's code of conduct.

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree holder in Law relevant major. Candidate who have attorney's certificate will prefer
2.Strong knowledge in company act, contract law, Intellectual Property Law
3.Strong adaptability, can work under pressure
